John Eussen is a long-standing and highly respected figurehead in the design, interiors and lifestyle industries.
With more than 25 corporate years’ experience across several areas of the home and lifestyle industries, John started his career in various high-profile management roles, including managing director positions at two multi-national textile companies.
This led John into several inspired roles, such as global environmental work with the Australian Conservation Foundation, consultancy for various sustainable living and modern lifestyle conferences, and various expert appearances in high-profile media outlets such as The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age and Sky News Australia.
Being a regular columnist for several industry trade magazines, newspapers’ and online publications has allowed an insight into what is required in this medium.
John has been a regular radio host on radio 2UE, 106.5FM 99.3FM. and has been a regular guest presenter on various TV networks including Studio 10, Sky News as well as brand ambassador for TVSN shopping channel.
The ‘eussen ‘ portfolio provides keynote speaking addresses on various areas of expertise in design innovations, lifestyle trends and behaviours many of which were delivered as regular topics as presenter/emcee and co ordinator of the the ‘DESIGN STAGE’ at the Australian Homeshows for over 10 years.
As a mentor to the interior design industry, the ‘eussen’ student design competition’ continues to grow with now having a national involvement across Australian universities and education faculties being featured over the current 13 years in Grand Designs, Home Design, Indesign and Habitus magazines.
